Leave the forbidden haraam
It is obligatory to leave the forbidden haraam, and it is
necessary to leave it with blood.
After the sun rises, the ember of Aqaba is cast into seven
stones.
Then he slaughters his gift - if possible - and shaves his
hair or shortens it.
And by the throat he shall be given all that is forbidden to
him, except women.
Then he goes back to Makkah, and he is guided by the tawaaf
al-ifaadah, which is the tawaaf al-rakn, and so is the tawaaf of kaddum.
This tawaaf is also called tawaaf of the visit, even if it
is sought after after tawaaf.
And if he was alone, or compared, and had sought when coming,
he does not need another pursuit.
After this tawaaf, everything will be given to him, even to
women.
Then he returns to Mina and he is home to her.
It is obligatory to leave the house with a duty.
If the sun is gone from the eleventh day of Dhu'l-Hijjah, he
will throw the three emeralds, starting with the anthrax that follows me and
then throwing the middle ember.
And stands after throwing, calling Mnra, and then throw the
bulk of the obstacle and not stand.
Each ember should be cast with seven stones before sunset.
He does the twelfth day like this.
Then it is a choice between going down to Mecca before
sunset on the twelfth day, and between sleeping and throwing, on the thirteenth
day.
Throwing the Jamar is a duty that forces him to leave the
blood. If he returns to Makkah and wants to return to his country, the farewell
tawaaf is performed.
And on leaving him to return to Makkah to go the farewell
tawaaf if he can return, did not exceed the meeqaat, or else slaughter sheep.
It is taken from all of the above that the acts of Hajj and
Umrah are ihraam from the meeqaat, tawaaf, saa'i, and throat.
And the pilgrimage to stand at Arafah, throw the jumarah,
and do tawaaf al-ifaadah, and sleep with mina, and slaughter, throat or
default.
This is the summary of Hajj and Umrah.
